Remote with occasional visits to the corporate office in Florida or Hybrid 1 to 2 days a week if you reside within a reasonable distance.

Job Summary
​
(Senior) Director of Brand Marketing
​
You will be responsible for helping build trusted brands across the country that are leaders in their respective market and spend millions of dollars in paid advertising every single year. Your role includes defining and maintaining brand guidelines that drive brand strategy, consistent brand communication and overall growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for generating customer insights that drive the mission and purpose of growing the customers brand portfolio and increasing brand reach through a strategic mix of traditional and community marketing channels. That is a lot! So, to do all of this, you have to be able to balance strategic thinking, manage a multi-million-dollar budget, and collaborate with agencies to meet business objectives.
And while you have an eye for the future you are scrappy and hands on.

Responsibilities:

Facilitates development of brand playbooks to drive internal and external alignment to the brand including training design/agency teams to champion the brand and ensure compliance and consistency in visual and creative.

Conducts annual brand studies and surveys including programs to address gaps and oversees periodic brand “refresh” projects

Drives brand consolidation activity leveraging a thoughtful and data-driven approach to build mega-brands in competitive markets

Influences media planning and buying that incorporates traditional and OTT spending to drive brand equity growth

Responsible for generating customer insights that feeds brand positioning work as well as drives customer journey mapping and customer experience initiatives
Qualifications:

Minimum of 7+ years of relevant brand management experience working in a global Corporate or agency environment.

Strong experience in buying traditional and OTT media including measurement and agency management

Bachelor’s degree required with focus in graphic design, English, marketing, or communications desirable

Proven experience building, launching and sustaining brand strategy; Corporate brand management required; “house of brands” experience a plus.

Experience leading creative agency vendors/partners or teams.

High attention to detail and quality standards

Title and compensation will be based on one's experience and ranges from $100,000 to $200,000 per annum plus full benefits.
