Vice President Performance Marketing
Description
Our client is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Digital Marketing with a compelling record of creating and managing digital marketing strategies and leveraging marketing campaigns to deliver revenue growth. The Vice President, Digital Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of digital marketing programs across their family of brands. This position will be focused on Paid Search, Shopping Engines, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate and Video advertising, which requires a deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms, ecosystems and capabilities, including an understanding of the evolving MarTech/AdTech landscape. The individual will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in digital marketing as well as achieving brands' sales and ROI objectives.
Specific Responsibilities include:

Paid Search planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, testing, analysis, forecasting.

Affiliate program management including planning, implementation, monitoring and analysis across our all brands.

Display, Video and Paid Social program management including planning, direct execution, monitoring, testing and analysis.

Ability to partner with Senior Executives to develop growth strategies and drive innovation. Includes collaboration to develop seasonal budgets and performance objectives.

Accountability to drive agreed upon Brand sales growth and ROI targets for digital marketing programs.

Manage and develop a team of digital marketing executives to drive desired results.

Manage agency relationships to assist in program strategy development and execution where appropriate.

Monitor and research industry trends related to digital marketing and its related ecosystems, in order to continually improve knowledge and skills, in order to provide thought leadership in this area.

Identify new digital advertising new sources of customer acquisition and profit via new partners, new strategies and emerging channels.
Requirements

10+ years of digital marketing experience, either in-house at a direct to consumer brand or digital agency.

5+ years of paid search, affiliate and display channel expertise

Experience in other digital channels is a plus

Strong sense of Marketing analytics and how to derive actionable insights from complex data sources

Ability to partner with broad spectrum of staff, including Senior Management, brand-based marketing teams, Analytics, Creative, Finance, & Brand Strategy

Working knowledge of one or more of the analytics packages (i.e. Google Analytics).

Experience leading and managing teams to achieve online performance-based media objectives and across a variety of teams and organizations.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to get work completed is a key success factor.

Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment without a lot of direction or oversight.

Advanced computer skills are required

Compensation budget: $175,00 to $225,000 base plus bonus
